Esther Lopez

Dr. Esther Lopez, DDS, MPH, FACD is a dentist, public health professional, and oral health equity leader with 18 years of clinical experience and expertise in workforce development, community-based care, health policy, and program design. She has held leadership roles with the Hispanic Dental Association, National Coalition of Dentists for Health Equity, and Chicago Dental Society, and currently serves as owner of Healthy Tooth Dental, Dental Team Lead at RefugeeOne, and Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois Chicago College of Dentistry. Dr. Lopez is a trusted consultant, speaker, and educator who helps organizations develop innovative, evidence-based strategies to improve access to care, advance workforce solutions, and achieve equitable health outcomes.

Nico Lopez

Nico Lopez serves as the Administrative Coordinator for the firm, supporting daily operations, scheduling, client communications, and project coordination. He helps ensure projects stay organized, deadlines are met, and clients receive responsive, professional service.

Nico has experience in administrative support, business operations, and event coordination through internship and volunteer roles. He has also contributed to entrepreneurial projects focused on education, productivity, and technology. His strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to efficient processes help support the firm's delivery of high-quality consulting services.
